Control Humidity & Reduce Drying TimeS Up to 50%

24" x 38" Drying Trays

The Harvest Saver has 88 square feet across 14 stainless steel solid or perforated drying trays. Each tray measures 38" wide by 24" depth (91.44 x 60.69 cm). Trays sold separately.

Easy To Use

With the press of a few buttons, you can dry commercial quality products 24/7 (with extra trays). The easy to use control panel allows for easy recipe or incremental changes.

Programmable

Each Harvest Saver is capable of ambient temperatures up to 200°F (93.33°C). Every Harvest Saver ships standard with a 99-hour programmable timer.

Humidity Control

Unlike "box-style" dehydrators, our Harvest Saver will not heat up your room. Features an advanced variable intake and exhaust system.

Ease of Mobility

Each Harvest Saver Dehydrator has factory installed casters for ease of mobility and will fit through 36" doorways.

Variable Fan Speed

Includes variable 4-speed fan for customizing airflow. Efficient and powerful 3/4 horsepower motor.

Product Description

The Harvest Saver R-5A Dehydrator is an ideal machine for most drying applications. Dehydrate a vast range of products from raw meats, fruits, flowers, pet treats and the list keeps going. Utilizing a high-velocity 4-speed variable fan, the Harvest Saver can move 2,200 cubic feet of air per minute (62.297 cubic meters). Each Harvest Saver Dehydrator ships standard with factory installed casters and programmable 99-hour timer. For higher volume applications, our Harvest Saver Dehydrator can be run 24 hours a day, with additional supporting drying trays.


The Harvest Saver's unique design allows even airflow throughout the cabinet and around your product. The Harvest Saver Dehydrator will not heat up the room or food facility, thus creating humidity-controlled cabinet reducing your drying times significantly over traditional "box-style" dehydrators. In some cases, customers reported a 50% reduction in drying time after replacing their old equipment with a Harvest Saver Dehydrator.
